The Factors Affecting The Lower Income Class Of Sindh, Pakistan

Abstract
This paper researches about the inflation and its impact on low income class of Sindh in short and long term. The negative and positive relation between monetary policies, unemployment, inflation and poverty are found. The finding from survey from Karachi indicates that inflation is an obstacle for the lower class as well as middle class and its effects the lower income class, their purchasing patterns and savings. Studies indicate that not only monetary policies are the cause of poverty, debt, illiteracy, pandemic, government policies and income. We took these as independent and lower income class as dependent variable and after analyzing, surveys and research the view that inflation has a positive relation with low income and other factors i.e. illiteracy, pandemic, debts, policies shows a negative relation. We also studied the impact of inflation on poor income class of all the countries combined and it showed that the lower income countries, middle income and upper middle income have a different impact of inflation on different countries and research showed that there is a positive relation of poverty and inflation in upper middle and a negative relation in lower middle countries. It is concluded that low inflation and stable aggregate demand may result in improvement in condition of low income class.
